Principle of 12 the sure foundation God is building at Aloha Church
Why Principle of Twelve? Jesus had twelve disciples, and He poured out His life and heart into them. He ministered to the multitudes-the crowds-regularly and they were captivated by His teaching and miracles. But Jesus focused on the Twelve, effectively duplicating Himself into them. He knew, with the exception of Judas Iscariot who betrayed Him, that they would continue His work after He returned to the Father. Twelve would accomplish more than one when they operated under the power of the Holy Spirit.

Each leader's focus is on discipleship and building relationship with twelve believers. If we each train twelve people and use every spiritual means at our disposal to reproduce in them the character of Christ which resides in our spirits, and each of them does the same with another twelve, and they with another twelve, each of us transmitting the vision to each other, we will experience the unprecedented growth that multiplication brings. The results will be phenomenal as we practice the Biblical model of twelve.
